ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SMOOTHIE WITH GOLDEN BEET, ORANGE, AND TURMERIC RECIPE (VEGAN / GLUTEN-FREE)


Golden Beet Orange and Turmeric Smoothie for Glowing Skin.jpg

 INGREDIENTS (serves 2-3)

  • 3 oranges

  • 2 small-medium golden beets

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 tsp ground (or fresh) turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger, fresh

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

DIRECTIONS

1. Wash and peel oranges, removing pith.

2. Wash and peel golden beets.

3. In high-speed blender, blend oranges, beets, frozen pineapple, coconut water, coconut milk, ground turmeric and fresh grated ginger.

4. Blend until smooth and serve in two mason jars, wine glasses, or other glassware.
